Buyers PremiumBuyers Premium -20%. Lots are sold under the Auctioneers VAT margin scheme. Customs & Excise regulations require that a buyers premium must be invoiced at a rate which is inclusive of any VAT due . For example the premium on such lots would be invoiced at 20% plus 20% VAT.
