Methods Of Payment

Payment can be made in PERSON by credit or debit card. Credit cards incur an additional charge of 2% including VAT.

Due to the increasing number of card frauds within the industry we regret that we can no longer accept payment over the telephone by debit or credit cards, unless the total transaction is less than £500. Please note we do not accept American Express. Payment will also be accepted by cash up to an amount of £5000.00 or by bank transfer (Details on request) or by cheque. Please note that goods will not be realeased until after the cheque is cleared which is normally eight days from receipt. Finally goods will only be released to a third party after identification and on written instructions from the purchaser.

Buyers Premium

Buyers Premium -20%. Lots are sold under the Auctioneers VAT margin scheme. Customs & Excise regulations require that a buyers premium must be invoiced at a rate which is inclusive of any VAT due . For example the premium on such lots would be invoiced at 20% plus 20% VAT. All lots marked by an * in the catalogue are sold plus VAT on the hammer price.
